  1. Global Engagement: Participation in international forums, such as the Real Estate Future Forum in Saudi Arabia, emphasizing Africa’s leadership in climate action.
  2. Policy Advocacy: Contributions to the Affordable Housing Bill 2023, advocating for green building principles and capacity-building sessions in the Kenyan Parliament.
  3. Relocation to Shah House: Moving to a green building that aligns with KGBS’s sustainability values.
  4. Healthcare Transformation: Collaboration with MP Shah Hospital on the Green 365 initiative to promote eco-friendly healthcare practices.
  5. Webinar on Housing: Hosting a webinar focused on sustainable and affordable housing in Kenya, highlighting the importance of smart building practices and public-private partnerships.
  6. IFC EDGE Certification: Achieving the IFC EDGE Buildings Green Building standard for the Nairobi City County Governor’s office, the first in Africa.
  7. Financing Workshop: Organizing a workshop with Reall on unlocking financing opportunities for green affordable housing.
